Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Australia and the USA. Stay tuned—we’re planning to add more destinations soon!
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Australia: 4–8 business days (Standard), 2–4 business days (Express)

How much is shipping?
Based on your location, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email us ASAP at world@juud.com.au. Once it's on its way, changes aren’t possible—but don’t worry, we’ve got a returns policy just in case.
Returns
What’s your returns policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with swing tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
