RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind, including size or preference, within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging where possible
Once received and approved, you may choose a refund, store credit, or exchange (subject to stock availability).
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
We recommend exchanges for sizing adjustments to ensure you receive the right fit as quickly as possible. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
For customers in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at world@juud.com.au with your order number.
- We’ll provide return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty or required by law.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and customs charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
