Thank you for shopping with JUUD! We are committed to delivering your purchases promptly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to ensure you're well-informed about how we handle your orders.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

JUUD offers Australia-wide shipping for all orders. Shipping times and costs depend on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via your selected carrier.

  • Shipping Time (Australia):

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 4-8 business days depending on your location.

    • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days (depending on your postcode).

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Note: Shipping times are estimates, and while we make every effort to meet delivery windows, JUUD is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external circumstances such as weather or strikes.

International Shipping (USA)

JUUD also ships to the United States. We strive to provide timely and reliable international delivery, but please keep in mind that customs regulations may affect delivery times.

  • Processing Time: International orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Shipping Time:

    • Standard international shipping typically takes between 7-12 business days. Please note, this is an estimate and actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

    • Express Shipping is available with delivery in 3-6 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges to the USA are calculated at checkout. International shipping fees vary based on your order size and delivery location.

Customs & Duties:

  • Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. JUUD is not responsible for any additional charges related to customs clearance.

  • If customs or the carrier delays your order, JUUD cannot be held liable for any delays or costs incurred.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable) to track the status of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to get your order to you on time, please be aware that delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier (weather, strikes, etc.).

  • High order volumes during peak periods (such as sales or holidays).

JUUD will notify you of any significant delays, but we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, in the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost or untraceable, please contact us immediately at world@juud.com.au

  •  We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, JUUD will offer a resolution in line with our returns and exchanges policy.

  • Damaged Goods: If your items are damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the damaged products. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund, subject to the evaluation of the damage.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. JUUD cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you realize there's an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at world@juud.com.au, and we will do our best to assist you in making corrections before your order is shipped.

Return to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping at your own expense.

Delivery to PO Boxes

We deliver to PO Boxes within Australia where supported by our shipping partners.

Please note that some remote or regional locations may have carrier limitations that prevent PO Box delivery. If a PO Box cannot be serviced, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

Inaccurate or Missing Information

JUUD reserves the right to cancel or delay any orders that contain inaccurate or missing information, including the shipping address, payment information, or items that appear to be fraudulent. In such cases, we will contact you directly for clarification.

Changes to Shipping Policy

JUUD reserves the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
